Book Elton

Start with the room and the result.

Share the event, audience, live question and practical constraints so the right keynote or workshop can be assessed before a proposal is prepared.

A useful brief

The title can wait. The audience and outcome cannot.

The best starting point is a plain account of who will be in the room, what is changing around them and what you need the engagement to make more possible.

Dates, location, format and budget matter because they shape feasibility. Sharing them does not create a booking or commit either party; it gives the fit review something real to work with.

What helps us assess fit

Four parts of a qualified enquiry.

01

The audience

Who they are, why they are gathering and what they already understand about the subject.

02

The desired shift

What they should be more able to see, discuss, decide or do afterwards.

03

The setting

Event type, preferred date, location, delivery format and available agenda window.

04

The commercial context

Whether budget is confirmed, being approved or still needs guidance.

What follows

Fit before proposal. Scope before commitment.

  1. 01

    Review the brief

The audience, outcome, timing, location and format are checked for basic fit.

  2. 02

    Clarify what matters

Any material gaps or trade-offs are discussed before a topic or workshop design is finalised.

  3. 03

    Agree the engagement

Only a written proposal or agreement confirms scope, fees, travel, responsibilities and booking terms.

Qualified event enquiry

Tell us about the engagement.

Email the minimum non-confidential context needed to assess fit: the audience, desired shift, preferred date and location, likely format and budget status. An email starts a human fit review; it does not confirm a booking.

Booking questions

What this enquiry does and does not do.

Does sending an enquiry confirm a booking?

No. A booking exists only after fit, scope, availability, fees and terms have been agreed in writing by the relevant parties.

Why are fees not listed on the page?

Preparation, format, location, travel and event requirements materially affect scope. A short fit conversation allows an honest commercial discussion without inventing a universal fee.

What happens when I email an enquiry?

The email is reviewed by a human for fit and follow-up. The website does not submit the enquiry to a form, CRM or automation, and no marketing consent is assumed.

Can we include confidential company information?

Not in the initial email. Send only the minimum information needed to assess fit. Sensitive details require a separately agreed route and purpose.
